real5 for Education — Terms of use

By registering for or using real5 for Education, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. About the service

real5 for Education is a directory and enquiry platform connecting schools and education settings with business suppliers. Schools may browse suppliers, send enquiries, and leave moderated reviews. Suppliers may list services subject to membership and admin approval.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. School accounts are free but require admin approval. Supplier accounts require an annual education membership fee and admin approval before appearing in the directory.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the portal, submit false information, harass other users, or use enquiry data for unsolicited marketing. Reviews must be honest and relate to genuine experiences.

4. Supplier enquiries

When you receive an enquiry as a supplier, you become the data controller for that school contact information and must handle it in line with data protection law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Directory listings

We may approve, reject, edit, or remove listings at our discretion. Membership fees are for education directory access and are separate from main real5 Networking subscriptions.

6. Liability

We facilitate introductions but do not guarantee the quality of suppliers or outcomes of engagements. To the extent permitted by law, real5 Networking is not liable for dealings between schools and suppliers.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
